Which 'single app' I can't live without? Gmail I guess ... it saves me the trouble of freeing up Inbox & makes it easy to dig up old messages. Do you know there is a 'Gmail for organization'? If it isn't too pricey, it could be quite a nice idea.

FromEastCoast: (Copy-n-paste Edition)

We're leaving early tomorrow morning. We will be flying DFW-SFO-HKG and returning HKG-LAX-DFW. There is a possibility that we may miss our LAX-DFW connection as we only have 2.5 hours in LAX. But, there are 5 more LAX-DFW flights later that day, so I'm pretty sure we'll get home somehow.

Our upgrade request for DFW-SFO has gone through, but of course, we'll be sitting in economy for the SFO-HKG leg. 15 hours! I'm not sure if the CX flight has AVOD or not.
